How do returns work?
All Asian Imported Parts allows returns for any unused or defective parts 30 days after the date of purchase. All returns must be returned in their original packaging. All Asian Imported Parts will inspect returned parts and determine if the customer is eligible for a refund or exchange.
The part I ordered was defective or damaged, what do I do?
All Asian Imported Parts guarantees the workmanship of the products sold and offers a warranty for those parts. The determination of warranty claims will be made my All Asian Imported Parts after inspection of the returned product. If the product you purchased was defective or damaged in transit, please contact us.
How will I receive my refund?
All Asian Imported Parts will replace defective parts. If your part was not defective and you’d simply like it returned, we will offer a refund to your debit card, credit card or Paypal account.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to All Asian Imported Parts. In the event of a defective part or a part damaged in transit, All Asian Imported Parts will pay to ship the new part to the customer.
